SHIPPING

Full custom orders can take up to 4 weeks. If you have an order that is needed by a desired timeframe please email: admin.k@kephrwa.com with your order number and desired date. Made to order items timeframe is 4 weeks. Orders ship via FED EX. Once orders have shipped an email with tracking # will be provided.

RETURNS

Full custom inquiry orders are not returnable once shipped. All full custom inquiry orders have a non-refundable 50% down payment. "Our Designs", "Unisex", "Men's Fashion", "Women's Fashion", "Miami Cuban Chains", are not returnable or refundable. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a one time remake. If a remake requires any additional stones or gold to meet your request, we will charge the difference accordingly. A shipping label will be sent for items that need to be returned. Once a return is initiated and a label is created, the returning package must be scanned by FedEx within seven (7) days. Items must be returned in original packaging. Original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your remake upon receiving.

CUSTOM PROCESS

Once you have sent us an email inquiry you will receive a response within 48-72 hours. We offer final digital renderings of the finished product for all custom order inquires. Once design is approved a link to purchase with a 50% nonrefundable fee will be sent. Finished product will take approximately 4 weeks from final design approval. Link with final payment for remaining balance will be sent before piece is shipped. Customer has 7 days from when final payment link is sent to to fulfill. If final payment is not received your order will be canceled.
